Rename game/ -> connect4/ to avoid c4/game stutter. Drop redundant
Game prefix from exported types (GameStore -> Store, GameInstance ->
Instance, GameStatus -> Status). Rename NATS subjects from game.{id}
to connect4.{id}. URL routes unchanged.
